i heard about the zumba class they have over in rec center and was wondering if anyone has tried the class, and how they like it. let me know..

This is great for a casual person looking for a cheap and convenient workout option. Zumba is 99.9 percent female oriented tho ;(

The 0.01% is my father in law. I have a few family members that go to Zumba. They love it. Great price too. Best around. Men are welcome and encouraged to come along. You should stop by and watch a class. It's great cardio.

Unfortun atekly I have some injuries so I have to avoid high impact stuff. Id also feel a little uncomfortable dancing for an hr straight ')
